Universal Identifier and System of Award Management. (XXX) If the total value of your currently active grants, cooperative agreements, and procurement contracts from all Federal assistance office exceeds $10,000,000 for any period of time during the period of performance of this Federal award, you must comply with the requirements set forth in the government-wide Award Term and Condition for Recipient Integrity and Performance Matters located at 2 C.F.R. Part 200, Appendix XII, the full text of which is incorporated here by reference in the terms and conditions of your award. All recipients are required to comply with the requirements set forth in the government-wide Award Term regarding the System for Award Management and Universal Identifier Requirements located at 2 C.F.R. Universal Identifier and System of Award Management. 1. The SUBRECIPIENT shall comply with 2 CFR, Part 25, “Financial Assistance Use of Universal Identifier and System of Award Management” (XXX). The SUBRECIPIENT must register and maintain a registration in XXX until submittal of the final financial report. A data universal numbering system (DUNS) number is required for registration in XXX.

Requirement for System for Award Management Unless the recipient is exempted from this requirement under 2 C.F.R. 25.110, the recipient must maintain the currency of their information in the XXX until the recipient submits the final financial report required under this award or receive the final payment, whichever is later. This requires that the recipient review and update the information at least annually after the initial registration, and more frequently if required by changes in the recipient’s information or another award term.
