University Board Administrative Fee Sample Clauses

University Board Administrative Fee. During the term of this Contract, the Academy shall pay the University Board an administrative fee of 3% of the state school aid payments received by the Academy. For purposes of this Contract, state school aid payments received by the Academy in July and August in any given year shall be deemed to have been received by the Academy during the Contract term. This fee shall be retained by the University Board from each state school aid payment received by the University Board for forwarding to the Academy. This fee shall compensate the University Board for issuing the Contract and overseeing the Academy’s compliance with the Contract and all Applicable Law. This fee may also be used to fund college readiness work and scholarships for academies that are in compliance with this Contract.

  • DIR Administrative Fee A) The administrative fee to be paid by the Vendor to DIR based on the dollar value of all sales to Customers pursuant to this Contract is three-quarters of one percent (.75%). Payment will be calculated for all sales, net of returns and credits. For example, the administrative fee for sales totaling $100,000 shall be $750.00.

A Report must be provided regardless of the number or amount of sales during that quarter (i.e., if there are no sales, Supplier must submit a report indicating no sales were made). The Report must contain the following fields: • Participating Entity Name (e.g., City of Staples Highway Department); • Participating Entity Physical Street Address; • Participating Entity City; • Participating Entity State/Province; • Participating Entity Zip/Postal Code; • Participating Entity Contact Name; • Participating Entity Contact Email Address; • Participating Entity Contact Telephone Number; • Sourcewell Assigned Entity/Participating Entity Number; • Item Purchased Description; • Item Purchased Price; • Sourcewell Administrative Fee Applied; and • Date Purchase was invoiced/sale was recognized as revenue by Supplier.

  • Administrative and Operating Expenses Charged to the Judicial Council The Judicial Council may reimburse the Contractor for itemized administrative and operating expenses, pursuant to this exhibit, that are reasonable, allowable, and allocable in performing the Work of this Agreement, provided that the Judicial Council first approves such charges via one (1) or more BEO’s that set forth the final details on these items.
