UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA EMPLOYEE INSURANCE PLAN (UPlan. During the life of this Agreement, the Employer agrees to offer a Group Insurance Program that includes medical, dental, life with matching accidental death and dismemberment, and disability coverages. The UPlan will make a UPlan Summary describing these coverages available to all insurance eligible employees. The UPlan Summary shall be provided no less than biennially and prior to the beginning of the insurance year. New insurance eligible employees shall receive a UPlan Summary within thirty (30) days of their enrollment in the plan.
