Common use of Unpaid Family Leave Clause in Contracts

Unpaid Family Leave. A unit member can take unpaid leave for the birth, adoption, xxxxxx care, or home care of his/her child or to attend to the serious health condition of his/her child, him/herself, spouse, stepparent, parent, or parent-in-law.

Unpaid Family Leave. A unit member can take unpaid leave for the birth, adoption, xxxxxx care, or home care of his/her child or to attend to the serious health condition of his/her childfamily member as defined in Article 8.1.4.cchild, him/herself, spouse, stepparent, parent, or parent-in-law.
