Unpaid Leave - Affecting Seniority and Benefits. a) Any employee granted unpaid leave of absence shall continue to accumulate seniority, benefits and continuous service for the first twenty (20) days of the leave of absence without pay, or an accumulation of leaves of absence without pay in a single calendar year which total twenty (20) days of an employees’ current posted regular work schedule.
