Unpaid Leave - Family Responsibility Leave. An employee is entitled to take up to five (5) days of unpaid leave during each calendar year to meet responsibilities related to the care or health of any member of the employee’s immediate family or the education of a child in the employee’s care. This leave does not accumulate from year to year.
