Unpaid Leave of Absence for Non-Health or Non–Protected Leave Purposes. In addition to the leaves specified elsewhere in this Agreement, the College at its discretion may approve a leave of absence without pay for tenured faculty members. Leave of absences without pay may be granted for a period of time up to one (1) year upon recommendation of the appropriate supervising administrator and vice president and with final approval of the President. Initial requests for a leave of absence without pay must be submitted in writing to the appropriate supervising administrator.
