Unpaid Union Business. Leave of absence may be granted without pay upon request to the Employer, to employees elected or appointed to represent the Union on Union business. Such permission will not be unreasonably withheld. Payment of wages will be as normal with the Union reimbursing the Employer for wage loss with a twenty-five percent (25%) upload fee.
