Unsafe Work Conditions. No Employee employee shall be disciplined for refusal to work on a job which in the opinion ofis deemed unsafe by:
(a) A a member of a joint occupational health and safety committee; committee after resolution in writing by a majority of the Committee, or
(b) A a person designated by a joint occupational health and safety committee; , or
(c) A a safety officer after an on-site inspection and following discussion with a representative of the Employer, does not meet the standards established pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Actofficer.

No employee shall be disciplined for refusing to work when confronted by a person who, in the employee's reasonable estimation, poses an immediate hazard to the employee's physical safety.
