Common use of Unsafe Work Conditions Clause in Contracts

Unsafe Work Conditions. (a) No employee shall be disciplined for refusal to work on a job, which the employee believes to be unsafe pursuant to the Workers Compensation Act. (b) Any employee claiming the right to refuse such work must immediately report the unsafe situation to local management.
