Common use of Unsafe Work Conditions Clause in Contracts

Unsafe Work Conditions. (a) An employee may exercise their right to refuse to do unsafe work pursuant to Section 3.12 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation outlined in Information Appendix B and Part 3, Division 6 of the Workers Compensation Act. (b) An employee must not be subject to discriminatory or disciplinary action pursuant to Section 3.13(1) of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations outlined in Information Appendix B and Part 3, Division 6 of the Workers Compensation Act.
