Unscheduled Personal Leave Time. is time taken for personal illness or injury, or family illness or injury, immediate family funerals (spouse, children, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, brothers and sisters including step and marital family). Unscheduled Personal Leave Time which is used for (a) personal illness or injury or (b) family illness or injury may, at the Employer’s reasonable discretion, require a physician’s verification of disability or ability to return to work following an illness or injury. Adjustments will be made between Short Term Disability, Xxxxxxx’x Compensation and Personal Leave Time so that the Employee draws full pay but no more, and no Employee will be charged for Personal Leave Time for which Employee is not paid by the Employer.
