Unsolicited Submissions. 8.1 LinkShare welcomes comments regarding the Service. However, LinkShare's policy is not to accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions, or materials other than those it has specifically requested. We hope that You will understand that it is the intent of this policy to avoid misunderstandings when projects developed by LinkShare's very productive staff are similar to someone else's creative work. Accordingly, You agree not to send any such ideas to LinkShare. LinkShare requests that You be specific in Your comments on the Service and not submit any creative ideas, suggestions or materials.
Unsolicited Submissions. Please do not send or provide any unsolicited data, reports, studies, ideas, works, materials, proposals, suggestions, content, or the like (collectively, “Unsolicited Submissions”) in any form to Ruby or any of our employees or contractors. As a result of the legal and business complexities, we regret that it has become necessary for us to adopt a strict policy against accepting or considering any Unsolicited Submissions sent to us. This policy is necessary to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes that may arise if our new products or services or marketing campaigns were to appear similar to an idea submitted by you. If, despite our request that you not send us your Unsolicited Submissions, you still submit them, then regardless of what your correspondence says, you understand and agree that the following terms will apply to your submissions: (i) your Unsolicited Submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of Ruby, without any compensation to you; (ii) there is no obligation for Ruby to review, consider, or otherwise use the Unsolicited Submissions; (iii) Ruby may use or redistribute the Unsolicited Submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way; and (iv) there is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.
Unsolicited Submissions. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, we and our Affiliates do not accept, invite or consider unsolicited submissions of ideas, proposals or suggestions ("Unsolicited Submissions"), whether related to the Site, our Products or otherwise. We do not treat Unsolicited Submissions as confidential, and any Unsolicited Submission will become our or our Affiliates’ sole property. We and our Affiliates have no obligations with respect to Unsolicited Submissions and may use them for any purpose whatsoever without compensation to you or any other person.
Unsolicited Submissions. You agree that we may use information/User Content you provide us through emails, Q&A, blogs, forums, polls, or through any other User generated submission, and may use your name and any stories you provide us in articles or other features published on the Digital Services or in our publications, advertising or sponsored content. If you provide us with personal anecdotes, they may be attributed to you. The Company can edit, rewrite, use, and reuse the User Content, including your name, likeness, photograph, and biographical information you provide, with or without attribution, including publication in the Digital Services or our publications, advertising or sponsored content.

However, Vidigami does not accept unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new or improved goods, services, technologies, or new product or business names. If you do send Submissions to Vidigami, Vidigami must have the right to use them. Therefore, you grant (or warrant that the owner of the Submissions grants) to Vidigami and its assigns a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, unrestricted, non- exclusive, assignable, sub-licensable, right and license to copy, modify, publish, create derivative works from, distribute, display and otherwise use the Submissions or any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques associated with the Submissions for any purpose whatsoever. You also agree, represent and warrant that all moral rights in the Submissions are waived in favour of Vidigami and its assigns.
Unsolicited Submissions. If you send any unsolicited ideas, suggestions or other materials, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new or improved goods, services or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans, or new product names, (collectively "Submissions") to Savoura or the Website you automatically grant (or warrant that the owner of the Submissions grants) to Savoura and its successors and assigns a perpetual, royalty-free, fully-paid, irrevocable, unrestricted, non-exclusive, world-wide, assignable, sub- licensable, right and license to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display and otherwise exploit the Submissions or any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques associated with the Submissions for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, using any form, media or technology now known or later developed, without providing compensation to you or any other person, without any liability whatsoever, and free from any obligation of confidence or other duties on the part of Savoura or its successors and assigns, and you agree, represent and warrant that all moral rights in the Submissions are waived in favour of Xxxxxxx and its successors, assigns, and licensees.

If you send Submissions to YourDisplayCase or the Website, you automatically grant (or warrant that the owner of the Submissions grants) to YourDisplayCase and its YourDisplayCase, assigns and licensees a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, unrestricted, non-exclusive, world-wide, assignable, sub-licensable, right and license to use and exploit the Submissions or any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques associated with the Submissions for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, using any form, media or technology now known or later developed, without providing any attribution or compensation to you or any other person, without any liability whatsoever, and free from any obligation of confidence or other duties on the part of YourDisplayCase or its successors, assigns and licensees, and you agree, represent and warrant that all moral rights in the Submissions are waived in favor of YourDisplayCase and its successors, assigns and licensees.
Unsolicited Submissions. Qijialiye appreciates receiving comments regarding its products and services. However, it cannot accept or consider ideas, suggestions, proposals, enhancements, materials, including, but not limited to, new products or services, ideas for advertising, promotions, or other marketing offerings other than those we have specifically requested. This policy is intended to help Qijialiye avoid future misunderstandings when new products, services, and features developed internally by Qijialiye might be similar or even identical to your idea. If you send us an unsolicited suggestion, idea, proposal or other material (“Submission”), you agree and warrant that the Submission is non-confidential and non-proprietary and that Qijialiye may use such Submission or not, as it chooses, in its sole discretion. Qijialiye shall have no obligations to you concerning the Submission, contractual or otherwise (including, but not limited to, an obligation to keep the Submission confidential or to even review it), and shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submission. Further, you understand and agree that the Submission becomes the sole property of Qijialiye. By submitting the Submission you also understand and agree that Qijialiye shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submission for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without the requirement to acknowledge you and without compensation to you.
Unsolicited Submissions. Neither the Dallas Cowboys nor any of its affiliates or employees accept or consider unsolicited ideas for new creative, marketing, promotions, products or technologies through its member sites. Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas, original creative artwork, suggestions or other works (“Submissions”) in any form to the Site. This policy is not intended to serve as a barrier to receiving and responding to feedback from valued Dallas Cowboys fans. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Dallas Cowboys or affiliates’ products, strategies or other materials might seem similar to ideas submitted to the Dallas Cowboys. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still submit them, then regardless of what your letter says, you agree that: (i) your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of the Dallas Cowboys and its affiliates, without any compensation to you;

If you send Submissions to First Asset or the Website, you automatically grant to First Asset and its assigns a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, unrestricted, non-exclusive, world-wide, sub- licensable right and license to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, and otherwise exploit the Submissions or any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques associated with the Submissions for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, using any form, media or technology now known or later developed, without providing compensation to you or any other person, without any liability whatsoever, and free from any obligation of confidence or other duties on the part of First Asset or its assigns, and you agree, represent and warrant that all moral rights in the Submissions are waived.
