Unused Sick Leave on Termination of Employment. In the event an employee ceases employment with the Employer, the employee or the employee’s designated beneficiary shall be entitled to fifty percent (50%) of the value of all accrued sick leave in the employee’s bank at a rate effective immediately prior to ceasing employment. This clause shall not apply should an employee be dismissed for just causes.
