Use a. The Premises shall be used by the Tenant solely for the following purposes: General office purposes, including executive corporate and general offices; in addition Tenant shall be entitled, subject to obtaining such approvals as may be required from any governmental authorities which may have jurisdiction thereof, to install, operate and maintain telecommunications equipment, including telecommunication switching operations and related facilities utilized in connection with Tenant's telecommunication business.
