Use and Scheduling of Accrued Benefits and Floating Holidays. An employee transferring from a position not governed by this Agreement, who has retained accrued vacation, CTO, sick leave benefits, and/or floating holidays, may use those benefits as provided in this Agreement, without regard to his or her probationary status, and any leave subject to scheduling may be rescheduled.
