Use of Accrued Vacation, Personal, and Sick Time. An Employee on any family or medical leave must use any accrued vacation and personal time while on such leave. An Employee on family or medical leave for the reasons set forth in above subsection 1 (a) (b) and (c) may use any accrued sick time while on such leave. An Employee who is on medical leave for the reasons stated in subsection 1(d) must use any accrued sick time while on such leave.
Use of Accrued Vacation, Personal, and Sick Time. An Employee on parental leave may use any accrued vacation and personal time while on such leave. Accrued sick time may be used during the period of pregnancy-related disability.
