Vacation and Personal Time. The Company will provide Employee with four (4) weeks of paid vacation each calendar year Employee is employed by the Company, in accordance with Company policy. The foregoing vacation days shall be in addition to standard paid holiday days for employees of the Company.

During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to take not less than twenty (20) working days’ vacation or personal time off per calendar year, which may be taken at any time in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies as determined by the Company and so as not to interfere unreasonably with the performance of Executive’s duties and responsibilities hereunder. A maximum of twenty (20) working days of vacation and personal time off that has accrued but not been used by calendar year-end can be carried over into the next year. In the event of the termination of this Agreement, Executive shall be compensated for all accrued vacation and personal time off, not to exceed twenty (20) working days at his Base Salary compensation for the relevant period. The Company shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws, if any, governing Executive’s accrual and use of paid sick time.

Vacation and Personal Time. Full-time employees paid hourly (non-exempt) accrue ten vacation days (seventy-five hours) starting on their first day of work during their first two years of employment. After two years, the accrual increases to twenty-four days (one hundred eighty hours) annually. Full-time employees paid monthly (exempt) accrue twenty-four days annually starting on their first day of work. Part-time employees who work at least fifty Percent Time receive a prorated vacation accrual. Time off is accrued in equal increments at the end of each pay period.

Employee shall receive 18 days of vacation and personal days each year in accordance with current Employer Policy (exclusive of holidays for which Employer is not open for business and of days designated by Employee as sick days in accordance with Employer Policy), or such greater amount as may be provided by Employer Policy as from time to time amended. In no event shall Employee have less than the maximum number of annual vacation and personal days provided for by Employer Policy for any executive officer position of Copano (regardless of reference to years of service or other criteria).

Vacation and Personal Time. As a Consultant engaged on a part time basis Xxxxxxx will not be entitled to any paid vacation or personal days.
Vacation and Personal Time. Regular employees shall receive a vacation with pay, each year, of the length shown on the table below. Vacation pay shall be upon the basis of a normal work week and at the rate per hour in effect during the period of his or her vacation. No vacation should be taken until vacation requests are reviewed and approved by the employee’s immediate supervisor. Employees requesting vacations for periods longer than five (5) days shall be given a choice of vacation time and duration on the basis of seniority standing, provided such choices shall be indicated between March 1st and no later than April 1 of each year and shall be consistent with work requirements. Management will identify peak periods by March 1st of each year. Employees with specific requests for vacation of less than five (5) days should submit to their immediate supervisor who, provided advance notice is given, will make every effort to review and grant the requests subject to work requirements. An employee may use individual vacation days for emergency situations provided they have notified their supervisor of the request, including verifiable reason, and have entered it in Work Day by the end of the previous shift (if not working the previous day, at least 12 hours in advance), and the supervisor approves the vacation day. Any call-out not in compliance with the above will result in the employee not being paid for the missed scheduled shift. All employees shall have appropriate advance notice of when their vacations have been approved and may be taken. Employees who have completed the following lengths of continuous service retroactive to date of hire shall be entitled to the corresponding vacation with pay as shown in the following table to be taken during their respective anniversary year.
