Use of Duty Time. College representatives shall make themselves available to meet with grievance representatives during non-duty hours for the purpose of preparing, handling, investigating, processing, or otherwise dealing with grievances or potential grievances.

Use of Duty Time. Employees who are identified for transfer of function, separation, or change to a lower grade as a result of a RIF under this Article will be granted up to eight (8) hours, while in a duty status without charge to leave for the following:
Use of Duty Time. To reduce the spread of COVID -19 occurrences, including breakthrough cases as well as variants, HUD will permit employees to be tested for COVID-19 whenever the employee has symptoms of or has been exposed to COVID-19. Management shall provide employees sufficient duty time to go to the testing site, be tested, and return to work, whether at home or at a HUD office. Travel-Related Testing. Consistent with the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force guidance at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/faq/travel/, HUD shall not require employees who are fully vaccinated to get tested before or after domestic travel or self-quarantine after domestic travel, unless required by their destination. HUD may require employees who are fully vaccinated and returning from international travel to have either a negative SARS-CoV-2 viral test result no more than three days before an international flight to the United States departs or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 within the 90 days before they board a flight to the United States, and to get tested with a viral test three to five days after returning to the United States.
