Use of Facilities for Meetings. ECCE shall have the right to use without charge District facilities at reasonable times for the purpose of meetings concerned with its representation rights at this District, provided that such use shall not interfere with nor interrupt normal District operations, nor shall cause after hour increased maintenance costs to the District, and that arrangement for such use shall be made in accordance with established procedures. Any additional direct cost shall be paid by ECCE.

Use of Facilities for Meetings. The Association and its members may use building facilities for custodial related meetings after obtaining prior authorization of the appropriate administrator. Attendance at such meetings will be limited to employees, and their personal guests. The Association shall assume all responsibility for any damage caused by their members or guests at such meetings and shall agree to pay for additional custodial services if they are required. There shall be no other cost to custodial and maintenance employees for such use. Association Representatives Visiting Facilities
Use of Facilities for Meetings. Permission shall be granted for the use of school facilities for unit meetings, provided that sufficient prior notice is given to the appropriate person in charge and provided that such use does not interfere with the operation of the School District.
Use of Facilities for Meetings. The Association shall have the right to use Employer buildings before or after school hours for meetings, provided that when special custodial service is required, the Employer may make a reasonable charge therefore. Prior to the use of school facilities, the Association shall complete and submit a building use form in accordance with Board of Education policy as applied to other school affiliated groups.
