Use of Full-Time Employees. The Contractor shall assign and use full-time Employees of the Contractor to provide services under the Contract unless the Contractor can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the County that it is necessary to use non-full-time Employees based on staffing efficiency or County requirements for the work to be performed under the Contract. It is understood and agreed that the Contractor shall not, under any circumstance, use non-full-time Employees for services provided under the Contract unless and until the County has provided written authorization for the use of same. The Contractor submitted with its proposal a full-time Employee staffing plan. If the Contractor changes its full-time Employee staffing plan, the Contractor shall immediately provide a copy of the new staffing plan to the County.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38 hours per week. The employee’s ordinary hours of work will not exceed an average of 38 hours per week over a 4 week period. Although the actual hours of work may vary from week to week, with some weeks greater than 38 hours and other weeks less, the employee will not work in excess of 152 ordinary hours in any four week period.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Full-Time and Part-Time Employees (a) The base rates of pay in the appropriate employment classification for full-time employees and for part-time employees shall be the hourly rates of pay set out in the Tables in Schedule B to this Agreement.

  • Full-Time Employees Only Employees will be allowed to participate in health and welfare benefits plans during the year of the leave, but the full cost of such plans will be borne by the employees. Contributions to the Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan will be in accordance with the Plan.   • Less-Than-Full-Time Employees (a) For less-than-full-time employees (including part-time, seasonal, and intermittent employees), who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in the month, the Employer shall contribute a prorated amount of the contribution for full-time employees. This prorated contribution shall be based on the ratio of paid regular hours to full-time hours to the nearest full percent, except that less-than-full-time employees who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month shall receive no less than one-half (½) of the contribution for full-time employees.

  • Full-Time Employment A full-time Employee is one who is engaged to work 38 hours per week or an average of 38 hours per week pursuant to clause 26(a) of the Agreement.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular, full-time employee is one who is scheduled to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week, on a regular basis.

  • Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.
