Use of Planning Days. Each school’s School Advisory Council (SAC), working with teachers appointed by the school’s Faculty Council, shall develop a plan on the use of planning days based upon the District Strategic Plan and their School Improvement Plan objectives. For purposes of this project, the Faculty Council at each school shall appoint the following number of teachers to work with the SAC teams:

Use of Planning Days. Each school’s School Advisory Council (SAC), working with teachers appointed by the school’s Faculty Council, shall develop a plan on the use of planning days based upon the District Strategic Plan and their School Improvement Plan objectives. For purposes of this project, the Faculty Council at each school shall appoint the following number of teachers to work with the SAC teams: a1. Elementary Schools, Exceptional & Alternative Education Centers = 3 teachers b2. Middle Schools = 4 teachers c3. High Schools and Vocational Centers = 56 teachers Prior to development of the plan, faculty teams/ departments/grade levels will be given an opportunity to make recommendations on the use of planning days. The SAC and Faculty Council shall consider faculty recommendations, present the faculty with preliminary plans, and provide them an opportunity to react to the plans prior to their inclusion in the School Improvement Plan.

Related to Use of Planning Days

  • Use of PTO 10.5.1 PTO may be used as soon as it is earned, up to the amount accrued in the pay period immediately preceding the time off, in accordance with the provisions of this Article. PTO may not be used in advance of its accrual, on regularly scheduled days off, or to claim pay for time lost due to tardiness.

  • Use of Volunteers The School covenants and represents that all volunteers it allows access to its students or the Facility will comply with state regulations regarding the use of volunteers set out in Section 6.50.18

  • Use of Paid Leave ‌ With the approval of the Appointing Authority, employees will be allowed to utilize accrued sick leave, personal holiday or vacation leave when on authorized leave without pay due to illness or injury.

  • Use of Vacation 23.2.2.1 Academic staff members may use vacation at times approved by the Xxxx which shall not interfere with the operation of the College. Except under unusual circumstances, members shall not be permitted to use vacation during a period of time when they are engaged in the instructional process, including the supervision and grading of exams. Notwithstanding the aforementioned provision, a member may use the maximum entitlement at any one time.

  • Distribution of Public Keys Each of Registry Operator and Escrow Agent will distribute its public key to the other party (Registry Operator or Escrow Agent, as the case may be) via email to an email address to be specified. Each party will confirm receipt of the other party’s public key with a reply email, and the distributing party will subsequently reconfirm the authenticity of the key transmitted via offline methods, like in person meeting, telephone, etc. In this way, public key transmission is authenticated to a user able to send and receive mail via a mail server operated by the distributing party. Escrow Agent, Registry Operator and ICANN will exchange public keys by the same procedure.

  • Prohibition on Use of Public Funds for Political Activity In performing the Services, Contractor shall comply with San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12G, which prohibits funds appropriated by the City for this Agreement from being expended to participate in, support, or attempt to influence any political campaign for a candidate or for a ballot measure. Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 12G.

  • Cooperation on Preventing End User Fraud The Parties agree to cooperate fully with one another to investigate, minimize, prevent, and take corrective action in cases of fraud.
