Use of Private Automobile on City Business. 71. a. Employees whose class specification and/or job announcement does not require the possession and use of an automobile as a condition of employment shall not be required to use their private automobiles to accomplish City business. 72. b. Employees using their own vehicle for City business at the request of the employer or the employer’s representative shall be reimbursed for mileage at the rate allowed by the IRS and for all necessary parking and toll expenses. 73. c. The City agrees to appropriate sufficient funds to the Assessor’s Office, the Department of Public Works and the Treasurer’s Office, Tax Collector Division, Business Tax Section to pay automobile allowances to employees required to drive a personal automobile for City business. Employees on leave or extended vacation for twenty-one (21) days or more will not receive the allowance for the days not worked.

  • Business Automobile Liability insurance with a combined Bodily Injury/Property Damage limit of not less than $1,000,000 each accident. The policy shall cover liability arising from the operation of licensed vehicles by policyholder.

Contractor's insurance shall apply separately to each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability.

  • Business Automobile Liability Insurance Such insurance shall cover liability arising out of any automobile used in connection with performance under the Contract, including owned, leased, hired and non-owned automobiles bearing or, under the circumstances under which they are being used, required by the Motor Vehicles Laws of the State of New York to bear, license plates.

  • Use of Automobile The Executive shall have the use of an automobile leased or titled in the Employer’s name for use by the Executive to carry out the Executive’s duties for the Employer, the insurance and maintenance expenses of which shall be paid by the Employer.
