USE OF VACATION OR UNPAID LEAVE AFTER EIGHT HOURS. Earned vacation leave or leave without pay may, at the option of the employee and with the approval of the supervisor, be taken any day after eight (8) hours of work. Notice shall be provided by the employee to the immediate supervisor at least one (1) working day in advance of the date the leave is desired to be taken.
