User Materials. You represent as of the date you submit User Materials for a Card to Stripe for review, and warrant at all times during the Term, that you have the necessary rights in and to the User Materials to use (and grant Stripe the rights to use) the User Materials on the Cards and other materials related to the Stripe Issuing Program. You grant to Stripe and its Affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence during the Term to use the User Materials on Cards and applicable Stripe Issuing Program materials. You also grant to Stripe and its Affiliates the right to sublicense these rights to third parties that Stripe engages to create Cards and applicable Stripe Issuing Program materials.
User Materials. The User Materials and the use by User of the User Materials in conjunction with the Services and Project Data will not infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any other person or entity.

(i) By submitting biographical information, logos, photographs, client testimonials, audio, and/or video files (collectively, “User Materials”), through the Services or directly to Company, You hereby grant Company, its subsidiaries and its affiliates, a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to access, advertise, display, exhibit, perform, promote, use, view, and otherwise exploit the User Materials exclusively in connection with the Services and its advertisement, and to use Your User Materials and/or name and/or likeness either alone or in association with Company’s trademarks or service marks in order to promote Company’s Website, Apps and Services and to denote You as a “ZyDoc Client”. Company’s aforementioned rights in the User Material shall continue in perpetuity absent Your notice to Company in writing (email shall suffice for such purposes) that You no longer wish to be listed on the Website and/or Apps. However, notwithstanding the foregoing, Company shall have, and You hereby grant Company, a perpetual non-exclusive license to Your name and likeness for archival purposes and to display it on any portion of its Website that lists prior ZyDoc clients. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Company shall not use any of Your protected healthcare information (“PHI”) related to the User Materials in any manner that violates any applicable laws, including without limitation, HIPAA.
User Materials. Before you initiate your first Transaction, you agree to familiarize yourself with the Service by reading the instructions provided to you either on paper or electronically. You agree that the information contained in the instructions and any updates to it are part of this Agreement.
User Materials i. Artist may upload Artist's own photos and other materials to the Platform for Artist’s profile (“User Materials”). By uploading User Materials to the Platform, Artist warrants that the Artist is entitled to do so and that they are not offensive, inappropriate, or likely to bring POP into disrepute. POP does not warrant that it screens any User Materials but reserves the right to refuse or delete any User Materials that it deems to be illegal, inappropriate, or in violation of these Artist Terms, or for any other reason. Artist grants POP a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use User Materials, as well as Artist’s name, image, and likeness in any media for the purpose of providing the POP Services. Such license will terminate when the User Materials are deleted from the Platform by Artist. Artist further indemnifies POP in respect of any loss it suffers relating to the User Materials including in relation to third party claims brought against POP arising out of or related to User Materials submitted by Artist.
User Materials. CitiBusiness Online services and the manner in which they will be provided are described within the CitiBusiness Online Enrollment Form, the CitiBusiness Online Maintenance Form, CitiBusiness Online Help and the terms and instructions appearing on a screen when using CitiBusiness Online (collectively, “User Materials”). The User Materials are an integral part of this Agreement.
