UTILITY SHUT–OFF Sample Clauses

UTILITY SHUT–OFF. If Contractor requires the temporary shut–off of any utility (which term, as used herein and in the following clause 23, shall include all supply, disposal, distribution and communication systems, and all similar facilities); Contractor shall notify Owner at least twenty–four hours in advance of the time Contractor requires the shut–off. Contractor shall then perform the Work requiring the shut–off on such days and at such hours as Owner may direct. Regardless of the days or hours established by Owner, no extra compensation will be provided for such work.

UTILITY SHUT–OFF. Where Tenant is responsible for paying for any utility, Tenant shall send the Landlord a certified letter seven (7) days in advance of any utility being turned off for non-payment. Landlord may, at its sole discretion, pay any necessary amount on Xxxxxx's behalf to prevent a utility from being turned off. If Landlord does so, Tenant shall be responsible for reimbursing Landlord the amount paid plus a convenience fee of $75. In any event and regardless of Landlord's payment or non-payment of any of Tenant's utility bills, Tenant shall be solely responsible for the cost of any utilities used during their occupancy and for the cost of any damages to the Premises caused as a result of any utility being shut off. Xxxxxx further agrees that the Landlord may obtain duplicate copies of any of Xxxxxx's utility bills and/or shut-off notices.
UTILITY SHUT–OFF. If any Contractor or Subcontractor requires the temporary shut-off of any Utility at the Sites (which term, as used in this Agreement, shall include all pipelines, telephone supplies, electric transmission lines, heating and air conditioning systems and all other supply, disposal, distribution and communication systems, and similar facilities) (“Utility”), it shall, unless otherwise directed by Sea Launch, notify the Sea Launch Home Port Facility Manager for approval of the Utility interruption schedule, such that the interruption of such services will not interfere with other activities on the Site. Contractor or any Subcontractor shall then perform the Work requiring shut-off on such days and at such hours as the Sea Launch Home Port Facility Manager may direct. Under no circumstances will Astrotech or its subcontractors proceed with Work affecting any Utility without the prior approval, including scheduling approval, of the Sea Launch Home Port Facility Manager.

Each Property’s Seller shall receive a credit at Closing for the Utility Deposits, if any, that are transferred or made available to Purchaser and that are held by applicable utility companies for the account of such Seller in respect of services provided to such Seller’s Property or Properties. Purchaser shall arrange for placing all utility services and bills in its own name as of the Closing Date.

  • Electrical connections Equipment requiring electrical connections for operation shall either be hard wired to the Authorized User's provided connections or the Contractor shall be responsible for a male electrical union. All connections shall be made by the Contractor and accomplished in accordance with National Electrical Code requirements. Electrically operated equipment shall be available in the following volts and phases: 208 volt 1 or 3 phase, 60 HZ 220 volt 1 or 3 phase, 60 HZ 440 volt 1 or 3 phase, 60 HZ

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Electric If Customer has selected an Electricity Fixed Rate on the Application, Customer’s Price will be based on the Fixed Rate(s) which includes Local and State taxes, Gross Receipts Tax (GRT), PJM Adjustment (defined below) charges and adjustments and Utility applied charges and/or fees related to generation, plus the Administration Charge, which includes, Electricity Balancing Amount and third party utility and billing charges.
