VACATION ALLOCATION. (13) The Company will grant vacation requests and banked statutory holiday requests when booked in five (5) days or more made before February 1st according to the following minimum ratios: Within each classification within a department according to the number of active (*) regular unrestricted employees: • one (1) to fifteen (15) employees: minimum one (1) employee at the same time; • sixteen (16) to twenty-five (25) employees: minimum two (2) employees at the same time; • twenty-six (26) or more employees: minimum three (3) employees at the same time. (*) Active includes all employees available to accept and work assigned shifts and does not include employees on Leaves of absences. The Company will grant preference by seniority to vacation requests of blocks of five (5) days or more and/or banked statutory holiday requests in blocks of five (5) days or more.
