VACATION ALLOCATION. a) Employees will indicate their preferred annual vacation by the 15th day of March of each year. Vacation preference will be granted on the basis of seniority within a particular regional office or Head Office department. After this date vacation will be allocated on a first come basis. During the prime time vacation (July/August) an employee may be restricted to five (5) consecutive weeks of vacation where overlapping vacation requests create a conflict.
