Vacation and Employee Benefits. During his Employment, the Executive shall be eligible for paid vacations in accordance with the Company’s vacation policy, as it may be amended from time to time, with a minimum of 20 vacation days per year. During his Employment, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in the employee benefit plans maintained by the Company, subject in each case to the generally applicable terms and conditions of the plan in question and to the determinations of any person or committee administering such plan.

During the term of his Employment, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in any employee benefit plans (including, without limitation, group health insurance coverage for Executive and his dependents) or arrangements maintained by the Company on no less favorable terms than for other Company executives, subject in each case to the generally applicable terms and conditions of the plan or arrangement in question and to the determinations of any person or committee administering such plan or arrangement.

The Executive shall also be entitled to any other perquisites that the Company makes available to its executive officers, including under the Company’s vehicle policy.

At Employee's option, Employee shall be eligible to use personal life and disability insurance to cover the approximate difference between the company plan's maximum and his Base Compensation up to a cost of $150 per month for disability insurance and $100 per month for life insurance and to present the Company receipts for such insurance for reimbursement by the Company.
