Vacation Carry Over. (a) A regular An employee may carry over up to five (5) days vacation leave per vacation year except that such for two (2) consecutive vacation carryover shall not exceed years, to a maximum of ten (10) days at any timewhich must be taken not later than the third consecutive vacation year.
