Vacation Carry Over. An Employee shall be entitled to carry over a maximum of five (5) days of annual vacation leave to the next vacation year, at the rate of pay prevailing when the vacation is taken. The Employer may permit the Employee to carry-over up to an additional five (5) days of annual vacation.
