VACATION CLEARANCE. Employees who leave the service of the Company for any reason are entitled to receive pay for accrued vacation not taken. The date of separation will not be extended beyond the date of actual termination of service.

Entitlement to Vacation Leave With Pay An employee is entitled to vacation leave with pay to the extent of the employee's earned credits but an employee who has completed six (6) months of continuous employment may receive an advance of credits equivalent to the anticipated credits for the vacation year.
Vacation Leave 11.1 Employees will retain and carry forward any eligible and unused vacation leave that was accrued prior to the effective date of this Agreement.
