VACATION DEBIT. Following an employee’s first year of employment, employees may be permitted to schedule and use vacation leave which is anticipated to be accrued by the end of the current calendar year. Any such leave which is used prospectively shall be deducted from the employee’s vacation leave balance at the end of the calendar year.
