Common use of Vacation Entitlement for Full-time Employees Clause in Contracts

Vacation Entitlement for Full-time Employees. During each year of continuous service with the Employer, a Regular Full-time Employee shall earn entitlement to a vacation with pay. The rate of at which such entitlement is earned shall be determined by the length of such service as follows: (a) during the first (1st) to second (2nd) year of such employment an Employee earns a vacation of fifteen (15) working days; (b) during the third (3rd) to ninth (9th) years of such employment an Employee earns a vacation of twenty (20) working days; (c) during the tenth (10th) to nineteenth (19th) years of such employment an Employee earns a vacation of twenty-five (25) working days; (d) during the twentieth (20th) and subsequent years of such employment an Employee earns a vacation of thirty (30) working days.

(e) during the twenty fifth (25th) and each subsequent year of such employment, an Employee earns a vacation of forty (40) working days during the thirty (30th) and each subsequent year of employment, an Employee earns a vacation of forty (45) working days.

The rate of at which such entitlement is earned shall be determined by the length of such service as follows: (a) during the first (1st) to second (2nd1 st) year of such employment an Employee earns a vacation of fifteen (15) working days;; or (b) during the third second (3rd2 nd) to ninth (9th9 th) years of such employment an Employee earns a vacation of twenty (20) working days;; or (c) during the tenth (10th10 th) to nineteenth (19th19 th) years of such employment an Employee earns a vacation of twenty-five (25) working days;; or (d) during the twentieth (20th20 th) and subsequent years of such employment an Employee earns a vacation of thirty (30) working days.
