Vacation Entitlement in Incomplete Year. During any incomplete year, ie., a year in which an employee does not work a complete calendar year, vacation entitlement shall be accumulated as earned to the employee's credit at the rate of one-twelfth of the annual entitlement for each month in which the employee has received at least ten (10) days' pay at straight-time rates.
