Vacation Leave Schedule. During the first week of December, the City will post a calendar for the following year listing the available weeks for vacation. Beginning on the second Monday of December, each employee will make himself available based on the current seniority list, and commencing with the most senior employee, each employee will designate his preference for vacation for the following year.
