Vacation Pay Advance. A. If a regular pay day falls during an employee's scheduled time off, and the employee would like the check in advance, he/she will be required to make a written request at least three (3) weeks in advance in order to receive same on the last day of work prior to the start of vacation. B. Employees will be paid their current rate of pay based on their regular scheduled workday while on time off and will receive credit for any benefits provided for in this Agreement.
