Vacation, Relaxation and Sick Leave. 1. The Executive shall be entitled to twenty eight (28) days of paid vacation per year, to be taken with adequate regard to the needs of the Company.
Vacation, Relaxation and Sick Leave i. The Employee shall be entitled to twenty-eight (28) days of paid vacation for the period from the Effective Date through December 31, 2025, and seven (7) days of paid vacation for the period from January 1, 2026 through the End Date, to be taken with adequate regard to the needs of the Company.
