Vacation Time and Sick Days Sample Clauses

Vacation Time and Sick Days. Executive shall be entitled to vacation time of not more than four (4) weeks per year. Executive shall be entitled to accumulate up to six (6) weeks of accrued vacation, after which additional vacation will not accrue. The Bank shall not be obligated to pay or reimburse Executive at the end of any calendar year any amount for any unused vacation time. The Bank shall pay or reimburse Executive at the end of the Term or any Renewal Term after which there is no further Renewal Term, for any unused vacation time. In addition to the forgoing vacation time, the Executive shall be entitled to up to eight (8) sick days per year. Any sick days not used at the end of the year shall be forfeited. The Bank shall have no obligation to pay or reimburse the Executive for unused sick days at the end of the Term or any Renewal Term after which there is no further Renewal Term.

Vacation time will be granted to full time custodial employees as follows as of January 1, 2020: Current full-time employees' vacation will be grandfathered and follow the structure below when reaching the appropriate years to change.   • Vacation Time After the Trial Period is complete, the Employee is entitled to days off per year of which is required to be mutually benefiting of the Employer and the Employee. It is required for the Employee to give notice before scheduling their vacation in accordance with Company policy.

  • Vacation; Paid Time Off During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies, as in effect from time to time. The Executive shall receive other paid time-off in accordance with applicable law and the Company’s policies for executive officers as such policies may exist from time to time.

  • Prime Time Vacation Period Subject to the provisions of this article, it is the intent of the parties that no employee will be restricted in the time of year they choose to take their vacation. The Employer will make every effort to allow employees to take their vacation during the period of April 15th to October 15th inclusive, which will be defined as the prime time vacation period.

  • Sick Time An employee shall have all of his/her accrued sick leave credits transferred when the employee is transferred to a different State agency.

  • Sick Days Employees will be provided with 6 sick days per calendar year. Sick days are paid at 75% of the employee’s step rate.

  • Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks (28 business days) of vacation, and also sick leave and holidays at full pay in accordance with the Company’s policies established and in effect from time to time.

  • Vacation; Sick Leave During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to not less than four (4) weeks of vacation during each calendar year and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies and practices with respect to its executives.

  • Vacation and Paid Time Off The Executive shall be entitled to vacation and paid time off in accordance with the standard policies of the Company for executives as in effect from time to time.

  • Vacation Period ‌ The choice of vacation periods shall be granted to employees on the basis of seniority with the Employer except where the period requested would be detrimental to the operation of the Employer.

  • Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation, paid holidays and sick leave in accordance with the Company's standard policies for its senior executive officers.
