Common use of Vacation Time Clause in Contracts

Vacation Time. During the Employment Term, the Employee shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation per calendar year in accordance with the Company’s policy on accrual and use applicable to employees as in effect from time to time.

Vacation Time. During the Employment Term, the Employee shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation per calendar year (as prorated for partial years) in accordance with the Company’s policy on accrual and use applicable to employees as in effect from time to time.

Vacation Time. During the Employment Term, the Employee Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation per calendar year (as prorated for partial years) in accordance with the Company’s policy on accrual and use applicable to employees as in effect from time to time.

Vacation Time. During the Employment Term, the Employee shall be entitled to four three (3) weeks of paid vacation the first and second year and (4) weeks of paid vacation per subsequent calendar year (starting after the 2 year anniversary) in accordance with the Company’s policy on accrual and use applicable to employees as in effect from time to time.

Vacation Time. During the Employment Term, the Employee shall be entitled to four Five (45) weeks of paid vacation per calendar year in accordance with the Company’s policy on accrual and use applicable to employees as in effect from time to time.

Vacation Time. During Commencing with the 2011 calendar year and continuing throughout the Employment Term, the Employee shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation per calendar year in accordance with the Company’s policy on accrual and use applicable to employees as in effect from time to time.
