Vacations to Be Taken by December. (a) All vacations shall be taken at a time to be mutually agreed upon by the Employer and the employee on or before the thirty-first day of December in each and every year. Employees may request that their vacations be banked to be taken during the following calendar year. Such requests shall not be unreasonably denied.
