Effective July employees whose twenty-third anniversary date of employment with the Company falls prior to July 1st in any year shall receive six (6) weeks vacation with pay computed at twelve percent (12%) of his previous year's earnings. Vacation pay shall be computed from June 1st of the employee's earnings for his period of employment, up previous year to June 30th of the current year. Any and all time limits fixed by this Article and Article IX, may at any time be extended by agreement between the Company and the Union. All decisions arrived at between the representatives of the Company and the Union shall be final and binding upon the Company, the Union and the employee or employees concerned. When a complaint or grievance which affects the rate of pay of an employee is settled and as a result, the employee receives an increase in his rate, such increase shall be paid retroactively to the date the error was made or such other date as may be agreed upon. If an employee with seniority is dismissed or suspended for any reason and feels he has been unjustly dealt with, he may inform his xxxxxxx who shall, if a grievance is to be file such written grievance with the Company within five days of the suspension or dismissal. It is understood that subject to maintaining the efficient operation of the plant, eligible employees will be given the opportunity to schedule two weeks' vacation during the July August period. An employee with more than six (6) months or more, but less than one year (I)year as of service by July one (1) week of vacation and to pay the employee four percent (4%) of the current pay received by the employee for all work done by in the working year. The Company agrees to grant to all employees in the employ of the Company one (1) year as of July 1st in any year, shall be entitled two (2) weeks vacation and to one week of vacation. Pay for such vacation shall be pay the employee four percent (4%) of the employee's earnings pay received by the employee for his period of employment, up all work done by in the working year.
