General Holiday Occurring During A Vacation. When a General Holiday occurs during a full-time employee's vacation period, the employee will be paid for the General Holiday and will retain a vacation day for future use.

General Holiday Occurring During A Vacation. When a General Holiday occurs during a full-time employee's vacation period, an extra day's vacation shall be granted if the holiday is one which the employee would have received had they been working. The parties agree that the preferred method of scheduling vacation is by mutual agreement however if mutual agreement cannot be reached when the day is to be scheduled it will be scheduled in accordance with sub-article 11.18.
