VACATION AND LEAVE OF ABSENCE. 5.01 Executive shall be entitled to three (3) weeks of paid vacation per year, in addition to the Company’s normal holidays. Vacation time will be scheduled taking into account the Executive’s duties and obligations at the Company. Unused paid vacation time shall not accumulate from year to year, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Board or Committee. Sick leave and all other leaves of absence will be in accordance with the Company’s stated personnel policies.
VACATION AND LEAVE OF ABSENCE. 5.01 Executive shall be entitled to 17 business days of paid time off (“PTO”) for each 12 months of employment, in addition to the Company’s normal holidays. PTO includes sick days in excess of three sick days per calendar year provided by the Company’s current sick leave policy, as well as leaves of absences and vacations. PTO will be scheduled after taking into account the Executive’s duties and obligations at the Company. PTO and sick leave and all other leaves of absence will be taken in accordance with the Company’s stated personnel policies and upon agreement with the Chief Executive Officer or the Board. Upon termination or expiration of the Executive’s employment, Executive shall be entitled to compensation for any accrued, unused PTO time in accordance with the Company’s PTO policy as of date of termination.
VACATION AND LEAVE OF ABSENCE. Where leave of absence without pay is used to extend vacation the period of leave shall follow the paid vacation period.
VACATION AND LEAVE OF ABSENCE. 5.01 Vacation and leaves of absence shall in accordance with the Company's policies for executive-level employees. Such policies shall be subject to change from time to time. As of the date of this Agreement and for the 12-month period commencing on the date of this Agreement, Executive shall annually be entitled to twenty-two (22) business days of paid time off ("PTO"), in addition to the Company's normal paid holidays. The Company furnished Executive with a copy of its PTO policy prior to the execution of this Agreement.
VACATION AND LEAVE OF ABSENCE. Executive shall be entitled to take a minimum of four (4) weeks paid vacation per calendar year. Executive shall also be entitled to all paid holidays and personal days given by the Company to its senior executives.
VACATION AND LEAVE OF ABSENCE. Prior to being placed on a leave of absence without pay (excluding VRW days), the employee must first exhaust all his/her accumulated banked time, banked overtime and vacation.

VACATION AND LEAVE OF ABSENCE. Time away from training is essential for Resident/Fellow wellbeing. General vacation and leave policies, including medical, parental and caregiver leave, are defined in TTUHSC House Staff Policies and Procedures. Each Program must have policies that describe the process for submitting and approving requests for vacation and leaves of absence, including any limitations. Programs must provide Resident/Fellow with timely notice of the effect of leave(s) on the ability of the Resident/Fellow to satisfy requirements for Program completion.

At such time as Executive becomes a full-time employee of FFF, Executive shall be entitled to twenty-one (21) days of paid vacation per year, in addition to FFF's normal holidays. Vacation time will be scheduled taking into account the Executive's duties and obligations at FFF. Sick leave and all other leaves of absence will be in accordance with FFF's stated personnel policies.
