Validity and Effect of the Contract. 1. This Contract is entered into for an indefinite period and shall become valid and take effect on the date of its signature by both Contracting parties. 2. This Contract may be terminated subject to a two-month notice period that will begin on the day a notice of termination is served. This Contract shall terminate upon the expiry of the notice period, but not earlier than before the expiry of all subcontracts entered into in accordance with this Contract.
Validity and Effect of the Contract. The Contract becomes valid and effective on the day it is signed by authorized representatives of the two Contracting Parties. The Contract can only be terminated for reasons stipulated in the Contract or specified by law. A Contracting Party affected by the other party’s failure to meet its obligation may unilaterally terminate this Contract for a gross violation of the Contract; in particular, the following will be considered a gross violation of this Contract: Purchaser’s failure to pay the purchase price in accordance with this Contract for more than 60 days after the due date of a relevant invoice; Seller’s failure to duly comply with even part of a Seller’s obligation pursuant to Article II herein by the agreed date pursuant to article III, clause 3.1 herein; Seller’s failure to supply Goods possessing the characteristics declared by the Seller in this Contract; Seller’s failure to provide correct information or documents indicative of the actual situation in the Bid that had been submitted to the tender before this Contract was signed, which have or could have affected the result of the Tender. Once the Contract becomes ineffective, all and any obligations of the Contracting Parties arising from this Contract will cease to exist. The ineffectiveness or termination of the Contract will not affect the existence of the right to claim damages (material or non-material) and contractual penalties stipulated in case of violation of the contractual obligations existing before the Contract becomes ineffective, and the contractual obligations of the Contracting Parties and obligations that are to survive this Contract by their nature or by law.
Validity and Effect of the Contract. 15.1. This Contract becomes valid on the day of its signing by both Parties. 15.2. Pursuant to §5a(1) of Act No. 211/2000 Coll. on free access to information and on amendments to certain acts (the Freedom of Information Act), this Contract is a contract whose publication is mandatory, and takes effect on the day following the day on which it is published in the Central Register of Contracts. 15.3. This Contract has been concluded for a definite period of time and its validity and effect shall end either on the day of expiry of the Project Sustainability Period or on the day of the fifth anniversary of the approval of the final programme report by the NMFA, whichever is later. The Programme Operator shall publish the date of approval of the final programme report by the NMFA on its website.
Validity and Effect of the Contract. 8.1. The Contract becomes valid and effective on the day of its approval by electronic means from the Controller, as the User. 8.2. The Contract is concluded for an indefinite period, but its validity and effectiveness are connected to the contractual relationship between the Controller and the Processor concluded by acceptation of the Contractual arrangements by the Controller. A termination of the contractual relationship arising from the Contractual arrangements results in the termination of this Contract. 8.3. The Contract terminates by means specified in the Contract, law or by virtue of a written agreement of the Parties. 8.4. The Contract terminates by deleting the User’s account.
