VALIDITY OF BID. The bid submitted under this tender must be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of closing of tender.

VALIDITY OF BID. 1.12.1 Unless specified elsewhere in the solicitation, bidder’s bid shall be valid for forty-five (45) days following the date the response is due.
VALIDITY OF BID. NVHC reserves the right to withhold award of the Contract for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the Bid opening. The Bidder acknowledges in submitting his/her Bid that all prices listed in the Bid Proposal are valid for a period of not less than sixty (60) days from the date of the Bid Opening.

SMP KOLKATA reserves the right to reject any Bid that does not meet this requirement. Prior to expiry of the original Bid Validity Period, SMP KOLKATA may request the Eligible Bidder(s) to extend the period of validity for a specified additional period. A Bidder may refuse the request without forfeiting its Bid Security. A Bidder agreeing to the request will not be allowed to modify its Bid, but would be required to extend the validity of its Bid Security for the period of extension.
VALIDITY OF BID. The bid shall remain valid for a period of 180 days from the date of opening of technical bid. Cochin Port Authority may request the bidders to extend the period of validity for a specific period. The request and response thereto shall be made in writing/email. The bidder will have the option to refuse the request without forfeiting their EMD. However, in the event of the bidder agreeing to the request, they will not be permitted to modify the bid.
