VALIDITY OF BID. The bid submitted under this tender must be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of closing of tender.

VALIDITY OF BID. The bid shall remain valid for a period of 180 days from the date of opening of technical bid. Cochin Port Authority may request the bidders to extend the period of validity for a specific period. The request and response thereto shall be made in writing/email. The bidder will have the option to refuse the request without forfeiting their EMD. However, in the event of the bidder agreeing to the request, they will not be permitted to modify the bid.

The Bidder acknowledges in submitting his/her Bid that all prices listed in the Bid Proposal are valid for a period of not less than sixty (60) days from the date of the Bid Opening.
VALIDITY OF BID. The prices of the Proposal shall be valid for the duration of the agreement, as specified by UNAIDS. A proposal valid for a shorter period shall be rejected by UNAIDS on the grounds that it is non- responsive.
