Varied Hours of Work. 29.3.1 In order to provide service to the public to coordinate scheduling of work to correspond with services provided by outside agencies, or to meet legitimate business needs, it is understood that hours of work for individual Employees or groups of Employees will be varied, including noon-hour service where deemed necessary by the Employer.
