Vehicle Configuration Clause Samples

The Vehicle Configuration clause defines the specific features, options, and specifications that a vehicle must have under the terms of an agreement. It typically outlines details such as model, color, engine type, installed equipment, and any customizations agreed upon by the parties. By clearly listing these requirements, the clause ensures that both the buyer and seller have a mutual understanding of the exact vehicle to be delivered, thereby preventing disputes or misunderstandings about the product.
