Vibration. 6.2.1. The test shall be conducted in accordance with Annex 9A to this Regulation.
Vibration. The Committee shall recommend solutions to vibration hazards, which may include the purchase of new equipment or dampening of equipment causing vibration.
Vibration. No earthborn vibration from the operation of any use may be detectable at any point off the lot on which the use is located.
Vibration. If, at the time of Delivery and Acceptance of the Vessel, the vibration level(s) of the Vessel in such areas and condition as defined in the Specifications, chapter G.2 as further described in Class guideline DNV GL – CG-0493, does not meet the requirements for the respective Class notations COMF-V(I) and COMF-V(3) (as applicable) as specified for the relevant areas of the Vessel as defined in the Specifications, chapter G.2, the Builder shall be allowed a period of up to [*] after Delivery and Acceptance (or such longer period as may be agreed to by the Parties in writing) to correct and/or remedy such non-conformities; provided that (unless and to the extent it may be agreed in writing between the Parties to defer corrective or remedial action to the Vessel’s next drydock or other another agreed time/place) the Builder shall act promptly and use reasonable commercial efforts to correct and/or remedy such non-conformities. If, after such period of [*] as set out in the paragraph above, the vibration level(s) of the Vessel in such areas and conditions as defined in the Specifications, chapter G.2, still does not meet the requirements for the respective Class notations COMF-V(1) and COMF-V(3) (as applicable) as specified for the relevant areas of the Vessel as defined in the Specifications, chapter G.2 and as further described in Class guideline DNV GL – CG-0493, and providing that this is not due to incorrect or inadequate information or measurements given by the Buyer to the Builder in connection with the calculation of the relevant vibration level(s) following the inclusion of the Buyer’s Supplies, the Contract Price shall be reduced as follows:
(i) for the first [*] in excess of the Class notation requirements as set out in (b) above: [*];
(ii) for each [*] up to and including [*] of vibration in excess of the Class notation requirements as set out in (b) above: [*]. [*].
Vibration. The Harbour Operator shall comply with the provisions of the Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005.
Vibration. Any equipment creating vibrations shall be so located and mounted within the improvements on or within a Unit as to eliminate vibration hazard or nuisance beyond the boundary lines of the Unit in which such equipment is situated.
Vibration. Tenant is required to install vibration isolation equipment for emergency generators and other vibration generating equipment.
Vibration. The Corporation shall ensure compliance with the requirements of the Canada Labour Code, Part II and the regulations thereto regarding Vibration in the workplace.
Vibration. Buildings and other structures shall be constructed and machinery and equipment installed and insulated on each site so that the ground vibration inherently and recurrently generated is not perceptible without instruments at any point along any of the exterior lot lines.
Vibration. During 2005-2006 collective bargaining, the parties discussed the Health and Safety issues that could arise from the level of vibration in the Weaving Department. In order to reduce the risk of Health and Safety issues arising to employees working in the Weaving Department from unhealthy levels of vibration, within six (6) months following ratification, the Company will retain a qualified independent expert to review and provide recommendations to the JHSC with respect to the need to reduce existing vibration levels and, if required, effective measures to reduce vibration levels. As well, a review will be conducted with respect to Electro Magnetic Fields in the workplace.
