Video Systems. If the System transmits video images, you shall (i) provide and maintain adequate power and lighting for all cameras or other video-related equipment; (ii) inform all persons on the Premises that they may be monitored by video; (iii) not use or permit the use of video installed where any person may have a reasonable expectation of privacy; (iv) use broadband connectivity exclusively to transmit video images and audio from any video system; (v) use the video system for security surveillance and/or management services only; (vi) not use the video system for any criminal, illegal, or otherwise unlawful activity; and (vii) obtain and keep in effect all permits or licenses required for the installation and operation of the video system. You understand and agree that (i) a video system enables Company to record, store and review images of the interior of the Premises and the area outside of the Premises, and (ii) video with audio capability enables Company to record, store and review oral communications from in and outside of the Premises. You hereby agree, authorize and consent to Company recording, storing and reviewing video images and oral communications transmitted from the video system at the Premises.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT (i) A VIDEO SYSTEM ENABLES COMPANY TO RECORD, STORE AND REVIEW IMAGES OF THE INTERIOR OF THE PREMISES AND THE AREA OUTSIDE OF THE PREMISES, AND (ii) VIDEO WITH AUDIO CAPABILITY ENABLES COMPANY TO RECORD, STORE AND REVIEW ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM IN AND OUTSIDE OF THE PREMISES. YOU HEREBY AGREE, AUTHORIZE AND CONSENT TO COMPANY RECORDING, STORING AND REVIEWING VIDEO IMAGES AND ORAL COMMUNICATIONS TRANSMITTED FROM THE VIDEO SYSTEM AT THE PREMISES. MONITORING SERVICE IN CONNECTION WITH THE RECEIPT OF VIDEO IMAGES AT COMPANY'S MONITORING FACILITY CONSISTS SOLELY OF OPERATOR COMMUNICATING ELECTRONICALLY OR CALLING BY TELEPHONE THE PROPER AUTHORITIES WITHIN A REASONABLE PERIOD OF TIME UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES AT THE MONITORING FACILITY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE PRIORITY OF ALL SIGNALS AND VIDEO IMAGES RECEIVED BY THE MONITORING FACILITY) AFTER VIDEO IMAGES WHICH, IN THE OPERATOR'S SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, CLEARLY AND CONSPICUOUSLY REVEAL THE NECESSITY FOR MONITORING SERVICE APPEAR ON THE OPERATOR'S COMPUTER SCREEN AT THE MONITORING FACILITY PROVIDED, THAT THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO VIEW THE VIDEO IMAGES MORE THAN ONE TIME AS THE VIDEO IMAGES APPEAR ON THE OPERATORS COMPUTER SCREEN. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING IN THE AGREEMENT TO THE CONTRARY, COMPANYS OBLIGATION TO PERFORM MONITORING SERVICE IN CONNECTION WITH ANY LISTED CODE RECEIVED FROM ANY INTRUSION DETECTION SYSTEM AT THE PREMISES IS CONDITIONED ON (i) RECEIPT OF VIDEO IMAGES FROM THE VIDEO SYSTEM RELATED TO THE LISTED CODE, AND (ii) OPERATOR'S DETERMINATION, PURSUANT TO THIS SECTION, OF WHETHER TO COMMUNICATE ELECTRONICALLY OR CALL BY TELEPHONE FIRST RESPONDERS OR THE CALL LIST.
Video Systems. The Contractor shall provide services related to designing, delivering, operating, monitoring, maintaining, transitioning and decommissioning solutions for both secure and non-secure video systems which may include Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Cable TV (CATV), Video Teleconference (VTC) and desktop Local Area Network (LAN) VTC systems and web-based collaboration tools. These video systems may include, but are not limited to cameras, recorders, multipoint bridges, Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) and dial up systems, amplifiers, microphones, compression equipment, equalizers, remote controls, special optical enhanced equipment and video interface equipment. Video distribution may be wireless or over fiber optics, coaxial cable or twisted pair copper cable. The Contractor shall provide technical support for web-based collaboration training and other solutions.

  • PATROL VIDEO SYSTEMS 2 1. As part of the law enforcement services to be provided to CITY, COUNTY 3 has provided, or will provide, patrol video systems (hereinafter called “PVS”) 4 that are or will be mounted in patrol vehicles designated by COUNTY for 5 use within CITY service area.

PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.

  • Internet Connection In order to ensure the proper functioning of the Production Monitor and the Consumption Monitor, if possible, you must provide the Solar System with continuous access to a functioning broadband internet connection with one (1) wired Ethernet port and standard electrical outlet, at your cost. If you are unable to provide the Solar System with an internet connection in accordance with the foregoing sentence, the Home must be located in an area with cellular service that is acceptable to us in our discretion.

  • Software Title and ownership to Existing Software Product(s) delivered by Contractor under the Contract that is normally commercially distributed on a license basis by the Contractor or other independent software vendor proprietary owner (“Existing Licensed Product”), embedded in the Custom Products, shall remain with Contractor or the proprietary owner of other independent software vendor(s) (ISV). Effective upon acceptance, such Product shall be licensed to Authorized User in accordance with the Contractor or ISV owner’s standard license agreement, provided, however, that such standard license, must, at a minimum: (a) grant Authorized User a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, execute, reproduce, display, perform, adapt (unless Contractor advises Authorized User as part of Contractor’s proposal that adaptation will violate existing agreements or statutes and Contractor demonstrates such to the Authorized User’s satisfaction) and distribute Existing Licensed Product to the Authorized User up to the license capacity stated in the Purchase Order or work order with all license rights necessary to fully effect the general business purpose(s) stated in the Bid or Authorized User’s Purchase Order or work order, including the financing assignment rights set forth in paragraph (c) below; and (b) recognize the State of New York as the licensee where the Authorized User is a state agency, department, board, commission, office or institution. Where these rights are not otherwise covered by the ISV’s owner’s standard license agreement, the Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining these rights at its sole cost and expense. The Authorized User shall reproduce all copyright notices and any other legend of ownership on any copies authorized under this clause. Open source software is developed independently of Contractor and may be governed by a separate license (“open source software”). If the open source software is governed by a separate License and provided under this Contract, Contractor shall provide a copy of that license in the applicable Documentation and the Authorized User's license rights and obligations with respect to that open source software shall be defined by those separate license terms and subject to the conditions, if any, therein. Nothing in this Contract shall restrict, limit, or otherwise affect any rights or obligations the Authorized User may have, or conditions to which the Authorized User may be subject, under such separate open source license terms.

NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.
